When you run an affiliate program that pays others for generating sales on your website, you'll want to have an affiliate agreement in place that protects your legal interests in case you have a dispute with an affiliate over payment or the way the affiliate is promoting your products and services. You want to pay only what's fair as affiliate commissions and make sure that your affiliates aren't misrepresenting your stuff in order to sell it.
