REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

You'll absolutely love our products.

However, you're fully protected by a 30-Day 100% money-back guaranteed refund/returns policy.

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use the products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.

Here's how the refund policy works...

Physical Products - During the first 30 days after purchase, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5% of the purchase price.

Digital Products - During the first 30 days after purchase, digital products must be destroyed in order to receive a refund. You will need to confirm in writing that you have destroyed all digital products and any copies made thereof before we can process a refund request.

E-mail your refund requests to support (at) Internet Attorneys Association .org (replacing the "(at)" with the "@" symbol and removing the spaces). Please include the words “Refund Request” in the subject line of your e-mail.

Send your written refund requests by mail to:

Internet Attorneys Association LLC
c/o Law Office of Michael E. Young PLLC
5068 W. Plano Parkway, Suite 300
Plano, Texas 75093 USA

You may also call (214) 546-4247 to make your refund request.

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.
