Here's how the refund policy works... Physical Products - During the first 30 days after purchase, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 5% of the purchase price. Digital Products - During the first 30 days after purchase, digital products must be destroyed in order to receive a refund. You will need to confirm in writing that you have destroyed all digital products and any copies made thereof before we can process a refund request.
